Program Details<\/h4>\n

In this self-transformation program, participants will be exposed <\/p>\n

to a dense, fast, and fruitful cross-cultural experience by working on <\/p>\n

tasks for overseas companies.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Special tasks for overseas companies will be given to Japanese employees <\/p>\n

who lack global business experience. Participants will learn how to act <\/p>\n

and assertively share their thoughts in a different cultural environment <\/p>\n

in order to gain the skills and mindset necessary <\/p>\n

to become global managers and professionals.<\/p>\n

Recommended For<\/h2>\n

Training young employees (up to around the age of 30), especially system engineers and sales workers, who are likely to be transferred overseas in the future<\/p>\n

\u201cDespite my poor English, by only Day 2 I was able to make a total of ten phone calls to arrange appointments. Nine of them didn\u2019t work out, but I managed to arrange one appointment, perhaps because of my improved presentation skills and motivation. Although it was just one, I can\u2019t forget the joy I felt at that moment I got off that call. At the meeting, I was able to discover a new situation that turned out to be useful for the next day\u2019s research. Before the program, I never would have imagined arranging an appointment all in English. Needless to say, this small success was a significant boost to my confidence.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
