On top of that, it is essential to understand what exactly global talent is, to know your strong points, and to clarify what you should try to improve the most.<\/p>\n<h4>About the Program<\/h4>\n<p>What\u2019s important in an assessment is how to utilize and act on the results you receive. In our program we conduct a feedback session as well in order to connect the assessment results to the next step of taking action.<\/p>\n<h2>Global Adaptability Assessment<\/h2>\n<p>High scores in English examinations do not always equal being able to perform well in a global environment. This assessment will show, in numbers, the level of business English communication skills from a global professional\u2019s perspective. This assessment can be useful for post-training evaluations, as a criterion for overseas and high-importance project assignments, and before attending business school.<\/p>\n<h2>Behavioral Characteristics Assessment<\/h2>\n<p>This is an assessment tool which is aimed to improve communication skills by analyzing an individual\u2019s unique motivations, aspirations, and behavioral characteristics.
