About the Program
This is a program focused on gaining global and assertive communication skills. We will master communication skills that are highly reproducible and practical. Professional and experienced trainers will work as role models to teach all the essential skills needed for global and assertive communication. The skills listed below are only a few of the skills that we will focus on. The program can be carried out in English or in Japanese.
Assertiveness
When working closely with various and numerous stakeholders it is necessary to express your thoughts and opinions logically without becoming overly passive or aggressive. Assertiveness is a communication skill that is essential for reaching a conclusion on which all parties can agree.

MEETING / TELECON / FACILITATION SKILLS
We will learn important skills that will allow us to create a strong impression in global meetings.
EMAIL WRITING SKILLS
It is difficult to deny that a considerable number of Japanese workers struggle with writing Emails in English. With us, you will learn how to write effective Emails in English.
CROSS-CULTURAL ADAPTABILITY
We will obtain the necessary skills and knowledge for cross-cultural communication, learning how to promote oneself in a culturally diverse environment and build cooperative and productive relationships with people.
DEBATING SKILLS
Debating is the mixed martial arts of communication. We will learn global and assertive speaking, listening, and thinking skills essential for global business success.

We will learn the communication skills of negotiation, which is not to confront or battle, but rather to achieve results that are beneficial for both parties.
