Global Adaptability Assessment

High scores in English examinations do not always equal being able to perform well in a global environment. This assessment will show, in numbers, the level of business English communication skills from a global professional’s perspective. This assessment can be useful for post-training evaluations, as a criterion for overseas and high-importance project assignments, and before attending business school.

Behavioral Characteristics Assessment

This is an assessment tool which is aimed to improve communication skills by analyzing an individual’s unique motivations, aspirations, and behavioral characteristics. It is a helpful tool for improving communication within the workspace and company.

360-DEGREE FEEDBACK

360-degree Feedback prompts people to reconsider and improve their communication skills by inspecting how their actions and communication styles appear to the people around them.

JOB ASSESSMENT

This assessment provides a “job match” to see how an individual fits a particular job. This will help with the selection, placement, evaluation, and training of human resources.
