Program Details
In this self-transformation program, participants will be exposed
to a dense, fast, and fruitful cross-cultural experience by working on
tasks for overseas companies.
Special tasks for overseas companies will be given to Japanese employees
who lack global business experience. Participants will learn how to act
and assertively share their thoughts in a different cultural environment
in order to gain the skills and mindset necessary
to become global managers and professionals.
Recommended For
Training young employees (up to around the age of 30), especially system engineers and sales workers, who are likely to be transferred overseas in the future
