The Challenges:

Training global business leaders urgently.

During these times of rapid change known as ‘VUCA World,’ where globalization and digitalization are changing the business environment day by day, short-term executive education programs have been gaining popularity as a means of training prospective global business leaders. We urgently need to train business leaders so they can truly promote innovative changes on the spot, but it’s a difficult task to accomplish with just OJTs and through self-learning English.

Our Approach:

We offer a unique training scheme in which competition between the members is encouraged and actually built into the program, all while promoting group cooperation as well. This is accomplished by setting clear and strict goals, individual curriculums, and by utilizing team learning. The focus here is on high-impact communication and individual coaching as opposed to preparational programs which are heavily focused on learning English.

The Results:

In the past, only three or four out of twenty participants each year were able to reach their companies’ dispatch standards. After switching to our program, however, not a single participant failed to reach the standards. All participants were dispatched to reputable businesses in Europe and the United States.

Through continuation of the program, it will be possible to have a number of global-level leaders within each group company, which in turn will enable more strategic personnel deployment.

Moreover, the program will gain a reputation within the company as a gateway to an executive position.
