Global Education collects personal data to 1) operate information seminar (Global Talent Development Seminar) for HRD professionals of companies and organizations that take part in global talent development. 2) provide trainings and talent development consulting services of Global Education.
Using Personal Data
Global education will use personal data within the purpose of collecting personal data.
However, we may also use personal data to ask your opinions, requests, information.
Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties
Except for situations in which personal data is requested by the authority of law, Global Education will not disclose the collected personal data which individual can be identified (e.g. name, address, phone number, email address etc.) to third parties without prior consent.
However, we may disclose the collected personal data to companies which we are working with to operate Global Talent Development Seminar.
Outsourcing of personal data
Global Education may outsource personal data handling work. In this case, Global Education shall investigate the third party and make sure they fulfil high level of data protection. Then we sign non-disclosure agreement and will place personal data in escrow for the chosen third party.
Lack of Personal Data
If there is a lack of personal data, Global Education may not be able to provide Global Talent Development seminar service.
Inquiries Regarding Personal Data
If you request the disclosure, rectification, or eraser of personal data relating to your own, Global Education shall reply to your request based on our procedure regulation. However, we may not be able to reply your request if you ask for the record of this seminar or if your requests are obstacle to operation of Global Talent Development Seminar.
Safety Management
To ensure the safety of personal data, Global Education continuously endeavor to prevent the following situation; unauthorized access, loss, destruction, leakage, and destruction of personal data.
